Lachlan Robinson delivered a breakthrough performance at the Red Bull Ring, scoring his first-ever victory in the ADAC GT4 Germany series. After a string of promising results throughout the season, the 22-year-old finally stood on the top step of the podium in Race 2, showcasing confidence, composure, and pure pace.

A Solid Start in Race 1

The weekend got off to a steady start as Robinson and teammate Oskar Lind Kristensen qualified P4 for both races. In Race 1, the pair ran a clean race and secured P5 overall, adding more valuable points to their championship campaign. While not a podium, the performance set the tone for what was to come.

Breakthrough Moment in Race 2

Race 2 saw everything click into place. Kristensen took the start and made early moves to bring the car into the lead by the halfway point. Robinson then stepped in for the second stint and didn’t look back. With clean laps and consistent pace, he extended the lead to over eight seconds, crossing the line to take his first win in the series — and the Junior class victory as well.

“We’ve been close so many times this year, so to finally get the win feels incredible,” Robinson said after the race. “Oskar did a great job at the start, and I just focused on bringing it home. The car felt amazing — huge credit to the whole team.”

The win not only marks a personal milestone for Robinson, but also helped AVIA W&S Motorsport take a big step forward in the teams’ championship.

Eyes on the Final Stretch

With confidence building and momentum on his side, Robinson now heads into the final rounds of the season with a maiden win under his belt — and the clear goal of finishing strong.
